Usurious parking rates, paid wifi, dismissive staff

Decent online rate, but satisfaction quickly turned to irritation. Poorly laid out underground entrance; hotel forecourt a congested madhouse of unloading cars, parked buses, weaving people. Lobby is huge and distant. Reception brusque to point of rudeness. Staff informed us that parking was not included and would cost US $30/night contrary to online booking expectations. Required prolonged debate with manager to rectify.
Entering the car park meant exiting the building and circling back to re-enter via a tight inconvenient 90 degree turn. Garage huge and confusingly labelled, with lowest level called 'P1' and higher level called 'P2'. No clear signage to appropriate elevator, Differentiation between the hotel's two towers was cryptic. Elevator had awkward security system requiring 2-handed operation, difficult with luggage when crowded. Wifi incurs additional daily charge. Hotel far away from amenities, with nothing in walking distance. All in all, a frustrating experience in an impersonal, crowded, brusque environment, much more reminiscent of a busy airport check-in than an upscale cosmopolitan hotel. Don't stay here unless you get a really good rate INCLUSIVE of parking and wifi, and keep your documentation handy or risk additional charges and / or prolonged debate with dismissive staff.
