I have stayed at many Towne Place Center Chains and this by far was disappointing . The paint off the bathroom wall was peeling and the television did not work. The computer chair had a hole in it. The bedding had black stains on it. Will not stay at this hotel again!

Employees are pleasant and try to be helpful. Bed was horrible and needs to be replaced. Property is not kept up well at all.

I made the mistake of staying at another hotel on my last trip to Phoenix. Worse experience in a long time. Towneplace suites is a cut above the rest. I make regular trips to Phoenix and will never stay at a random hotel again. Towneplace has earned my business and I recommend them to anyone staying in the area.

It was run down. Dimly lit hall. Latch lock on door was broken off. Tv was relatively small.

2 star hotel with 5 star service

My experience with TownePlace hotel is great! I just wrote a lengthy positive review through Marriott's website, so, I will not add more in this review. But as I said, it was great.

Best place and service for the money .

A good experience overall. The breakfast items were much better tasting than most others included in yr room price. Very pleased for the price and will stay in more from now on.

Comfortable for the price, need some upgrading

Pros: Close restaurants
Cons: Noisy
I was somewhat comfortable there, but something is lacking in the comfort level. The hotel needs to be remodeled. It is adequat for an emergency or quick unplanned trip. But if I were traveling for a vacation or pleasure, I would have chosen another hotel.
