After checking in, I immediately counted six cockroaches in the bathroom: two I killed on the floor, one in the bathtub, and three around the ceiling of the bathroom. The towels in the bathroom also appeared dirty. I immediately went down to the front desk to ask for a different room. In the second room, I found another live cockroach by the mattress. I told the front desk I wanted a refund, and they said they would work it out with Travelocity. Today, I just received an email saying the hotel was refusing my refund.

When we arrived there was a difference in our room. But, Panda did an excellent job at accomadating us and went the extra mile to even check the room before we booked it. She was very attentive and had a wonderful warm smile and character for her job. If ever here again we will definately book a room again!!!

The office staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The metal bed supports for the mattress were noisy and too rigid but not uncomfortable. Bathroom amenities were non-existent. Expected since the room charge was very good.
