False advertising, it states they serve breakfast but when we got there we were told the lady that prepares the breakfast caught COVID the same week and won’t be in for several days. Well, we should have read the prior reviews-she hasn’t been in since Covid-19’s started, in fact if you check you will see that they’re still offering breakfast. And the room smell like cigarettes. And where’s the gym?

Very dirty. Was told no housekeeping while staying for the week. Very disappointing stay and not worth the $450 that I paid for the week there.

My experience will probably not be everyone else's, but the lady at the desk too forever because it seemed she was getting instructions from someone over the phone on how to check us in?

The property was ok. The problem is with the interface between Travelocity and Days Inn. Days Inn Tells me to talk to Expedia. I have nothing to do with Expedia. Travelocity tells me to call Days Inn. Days Inn again tells me to talk to Expedia. Expedia does not reply to my inquiry. Thus I spent significant effort attempting to get a receipt yet my work will be irritated with me for having no receipt and I will get no refund. Obviously I will never again use Travelocity for business travel again (how is it even legal for them to deny me a receipt?) Travelocity's agreement with Expedia is independent of me.
