First off, the staff is top notch. Friendly, polite, helpful--the way service should be. The infrastructure is below average--terrible water pressure and our kitchen sink and bathroom sink were both clogged/super slow to drain. I sense that this facility is for longer term stays as it sits off the beaten path among an area of warehouses and distribution buildings, so it likely caters a clientele for longer term stays as opposed to short trips. I selected it because of the price, but it was not a hotel like we were accustomed (no hair dryer, had to ask for wash cloths, no coffee maker etc). Might not be a bad place to stay if you are in town for business, but it was not a warm or pleasant hotel/motel experience. Again, the staff was great, but was underwhelmed by the facility.
