Nice and clean rooms

Rooms are nice and clean. I love the kitchenette. Only thing I didn't like was the breakfast isn't the best. Not a big selection.

Staying for conference

Pros: great place. very clean
Cons: nothing that I know of
Location: davis conference center is across the street
I live about an hour away, but had a three day conference so I decided to stay here to eliminate the commute. The staff was so accommodating. Facilities were nice, and it was so convenient that I could walk over to the davis conference center morning and stop back by during breaks without even getting into my car. Breakfast was a nice feature and there are restaurants right next door. It was the perfect way to enjoy the conference

Nice hotel

This was a very clean and modern hotel and 8 miles away from Lagoon amusement park. Travelocity says is sleeps 5 but that is untrue as it only sleeps 4 and they do not have roll away beds. They were kind enough to supply pillows and blankets so we could make a bed on the floor for our 5th person. Breakfast staff had a hard time keeping up with breakfast items and by 9:30 almost everything was gone from the breakfast bar.

Contemporary and comfortable

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
We initially checked in and were put in a room with an adjoin door to the room next door. The guy there was using his "ourdoor voice" into the phone cussing out his mom. Felt like he was in the room with us. We went downstairs and asked for another room and were immediately moved to another floor in a non-adjoining room. It was heaven. Views of the mountain, comfortable bed, and could not hear anyone else. The location is great too - you can walk to restaurants and the movie theater. They even have a little walking trail around the hotel. We enjoyed the kitchen - Super Target was close by and we got some microwave snacks and beverages for the fridge. Hot tea and coffee in the lounge at night, nice work out room and indoor pool, washer and dryer facilities #didn't use, looked brand new#. Staff all super nice, very accomodating. Not enough HDMI cables at the front desk - they had two, which were already rented out, so could not play computer movies on the bit flat screen in the room, but otherwise no problems at all with this hotel. Wi-Fi strong and consistent. and Free! Did not visit the breakfast buffet, and no maid service on the weekends unless you ask.

Very clean & had a home feeling!

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
I stayed here when I came to town for a friends wedding... It was brand new and very clean. The only problem I had was right after I checked in I had just got out of the shower and housekeeping WITHOUT KNOCKING just walked into the room... The excuse they gave me? That I had checked in early and they were doing a room check.... but why wouldn't you KNOCK? They didn't do anything for me because of it and I was really upset that the maid didn't even apologize either... But overall very nice place, I would stay there again, but next time I will make sure that the door is double locked!! =)
