Overall very good. The only slight issue that comes to mind is there was a bit of what seemed like a damp/mildew smell in the hall near the pool area, possibly related to ice machine drainage. Otherwise great!

On my booking, however, I could not get an address to give to the taxi driver after I asked for it specifically on Trulicity chat. There was a 45 MINUTES wait time to talk on the phone to a person. The map I received had no street names just general areas. The taxi driver went to the only readable area and we drove from hotel to hotel = $taxi fare $72.50. Finally, after an hour, one hotel clerk came up with a name and connected me to the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson. Ruined my whole trip. Thanks a lot, guys.

Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a very friendly young lady behind the counter who checked us in quickly and courteously. The facility is clean and well-kept. Our room was also very clean, the bed linens immaculate and the bathroom spotless. The only thing that MIGHT be considered a "down side" by some is that one could best describe the hotel as "basic". No frills, in other words. All the expected amenities were there, but nothing that would classify this hotel as a "destination". All in all, though, it was a perfect place for weary travelers to grab a good night's sleep. Oh, and did I mention the friendly and courteous staff? Definitely a huge plus!

I booked this place due to the jetted tub and breakfast. When my wife and I got there the parking lot was almost completely full. Looking at the place there were not that many people staying there. When we checked in we found out there was no breakfast as it listed due to renovation. They didn't even ask or offer any kind of compensation, not even a sorry. They charged $200 to my card for insurance. You dont get it back for 5 to 7 business days. Both tubs and the sink had all kinds of hairs in them. There were not enough of towels and paper in the room. The elevator was filthy. The carpet had lots of stains and dirt all over it. The vending machines didnt work. The bed was hard and the lien didnt fit and stay on the bed. There was also a cover over the smoke detector. When I checked out i informed the guy of a few of the problems. He didnt even act concerned. Due to that I didnt even tell him all of the issues. I will never stay here again. If you are looking to stay here chose somewhere else. Not worth the time or money.

There was not much parking for this place. They were doing work on the area where you eat so no breakfast like it said. The vending machine didnt work. The jet tub in the room was dirty. There were hairs all in it. The sink in the bathroom was the same. The carpet and elevator was filthy. The bed was hard as a rock. They charge $200 to your account for service. If you leave the room the way it was the 5 to 7 businesses days it comes back to you. There was a plastic cover over the smike detector. I will never stay here or recommend this place ever. Run away if you get it as a choice.
