The valet service was extremely slow and disorganized. We waited over 30 minutes to check in our car and another 15 minutes to get valet ticket by text. All that and you still pay $48 night. The service was so bad they should have comped us. Fortunately the check in and room were better. Valet, wouldn’t recommend

It is right where all the action is happening at night Walkable to the beach Staff was very nice and helpful. Room furniture are old, we paid for ocean view, it is really not worth the money, you get a window that doesn’t even unlock and our room had an old smell .

We came for a one night stay so there’s not much to say. However I want to give Ryan a shout out for getting me and my family a room before check in time. We arrived early from NY and we only waited about 1 hour & 1/2. We sent to grab some food near by and when we came back to the lobby he already had our room keys ready for us. Thank you so much Ryan. As a highgate employee I did not use my employee rate but it didn’t make a difference to me because Ryan took well care of me and my family.

Nice location. AC was very noisy. The hotel is not well marked. It says something like PARK CENTRAL HOTEL and arriving at night we could not see the very fine print "Gabriel" so we had to drive three times around the block to figure out this was our hotel.

Overall pretty good, small rooms no full length mirror but perfect location. Four building we were put in the oldest one but still updated.
