Property is much more family oriented than we had imagined as we were honeymooners. There was a screaming child across the hall for the last two nights of our nine day stay but other than that the hotel was very nice and the staff was helpful. I will say that the staff was overall less friendly than other Ritz Carltons we have stayed at before. Typically the staff would greet you as they passed you in the hall or smile at you at the least, there were a few times we were straight up awkwardly ignored by personnel at this Ritz location. Other than these few hiccups, the property and view/ beach were incredible. Overall, we probably will look elsewhere when returning to Aruba. The hotel is beautiful, just not what we were looking for.

Anniversary and Birthday getaway
We have been blessed to travel many places throughout the world but there is always something special about this place. By far the most rest and relaxation! There is just something special about this getaway. Lord Willing, we will be back next year!

Hotel is beautiful. We were greeted with champagne upon arrival. Thanks Aldo! Our room was spacious and clean with a spectacular view. Property was very well maintained. Service at Solanio was excellent and the food was delicious . Special thanks to Lyn, Claudia, Liezel and Kate. Lyn always made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks to Jun and Nora for the wonderful experience at the sushi bar. Poolside service (Greg and Andrea )was great. Special thanks as well to Alix our awesome housekeeper❤️ Couldn’t ask for a better vacation.
