Not worth the crazy cost.

Pros: The property itself is beautiful and the room service dinner was quite good. There are lots of neat things to look at art, memorabilia, antiques.
Cons: Service. They are lacking in their service.
This property is absolutely jaw dropping gorgeous. Driving up is like entering a fairy tale. Upon entering however there are some issues with the service that do not leave you feeling like a princess. We had some confusion entering as the desk is not in sight and there is nothing pointing you in the direction you need to go to get you there. I ended up having to ask the coat check girl who finally led me to the hidden destination. When we finally found the front desk I was asked if we would like to have dinner in the dining room and then when I said yes was quickly told too bad they were full. Um... well, ok...why did you ask then? I booked a room that was supposed to have two "double beds." I was expecting either two kings or two queens but instead I got one king size and one fold out couch (torture device) and a cot. The couch was not a comfortable couch and to call it a bed is laughable. It was honestly the WORST pull out couch I have ever seen as far as comfort. The bathroom is huge and had a fantastic tub worthy of soaking in for hours and a nice separate shower. The real disappointment was at breakfast the morning we left. We ordered room service for 6:30am which was a choice on their door request form. We had to be at the airport by 8:00am so we were hoping to eat and run. At 7:05am we called to check on our breakfast and were told that it would not be available until 7:30am and they were sorry for the miscommunication. Miscommunication? I circled a time...

Staying at a castle

A real deal when it comes to what one expects from a 5 stars hotel. Even more, it has the perfect balance of feeling at a castle but with the commodities of needed technology.

Beautiful hotel , close to the airport

Pros: The character,was a beautiful castle.
Cons:
The day we were leaving,my adult son went to the reastaurant for a early breakfast,he waited 45 minutes for his omelette , complained to the matrede only to find out his omelette was given to a customer who arrived only ten minutes earlier.There were 3 people in the reastaurant when he ordered,this is unacceptable for a five star hotel and considering the price for the rooms,expected better.
