Great view of the falls.

Pros: Excellent view of the falls, not surrounded by other hotels, less traffic, more reasonably priced than some similar offerings.
Cons: Reduce the price of the breakfast buffet, same with parking (still cheaper than many of its neighbors) and include free base WIFI with room
Location: It is at the end of the hotel strip on the ridge above the falls. Closer to the falls and Marineland, fartherthan Clifton Hill and attractions.
This is our second time at this hotel. This time we had another falls view room but on the second highest floor which gave an even better view of the falls. Our daughter was awestruck by the lights at night (late November so the Christmas displays were up, the falls illuminated and of course the fireworks that were on that night). It is fairly far from Clifton Hill but you can drive or take a bus there (there is parking near the attractions and the buses to go there stop right outside the hotel). All in all we enjoy this hotel. It would be nice if the breakfast buffet wasn't so expensive (there is a cheaper one at Tony Roma's next door which if they matched the price would be better).

Wish it was on the others is of street by falls

Room was ok, bathroom too small.It was quite that's a big plus. Parking too expense

Pros: View of the Falls from the room was wonderful.
Cons: See above. Location is longer walk from Falls than other hotels with equally good room views.
Location: Important to note that WeGo (red line) does stop in front of the hotel at certain specified times, thus avoiding uphill hike from Falls to hotel.
View from room was fantastic, everything about the room was fine, but front desk/concierge service was less than ideal. I arrived an hour before check-in time but asked anyway if room was ready or if I should take a walk and come back later--was told it would be ready shortly & to wait in lobby. Even an hour later, my room still wasn't ready (at check-in time) though others were being given keys to their rooms as I stood at the front desk waiting. It was ready 15 minutes later. When I had a question about location of bus station, concierge (not at his desk, but wandering around chatting with other employees) had no idea of directions, just said to take a taxi (out front of hotel) and ask driver. I had to track down this info from the hotel bartender and from the WeGo bus driver. (It turned out that WeGo stopped in front of the hotel, went to the bus station as well as the VIA train station, stopped there--and all for no additional cost beyond what I'd already paid for a 48-hour WeGo bus pass. The concierge should have known all this, rather than just helping the taxi company make money by recommending unnecessary taxi rides.) Also: It would be helpful if front desk could mention at check-in that the WeGo stopped across the street from the hotel. The bartender, Michael, was very helpful, much more so than front desk or concierge. He went out of his way to look up information about the town and was very friendly. Not only that: he made a great martini!

Newly decorated rooms

Pros: Easy parking, no noise, clean
Location: walk to everything. I think is has the best view of the falls. even if you get a city view room, you can see the falls from the hallway.
The room was very pleasing and comfortable. the staff very friendly, and didn't have to wait long for the elevators.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at

I purchased 2 rooms at this facility and they did not have any heat in them. The staff refused to do anything about it until the day I was leaving at 4 30 am. The staff was very rude and not helpful at all. I would definitely not recommend this hotel after spending $1000 for 2 rooms and 2 nights to get such a horrible experience.

Do your research before you travel

We had an amazing time in Niagara. Next time we will stay a little closer to the main streets as this was at the end of just about everything. (All within walking distance so not too bad). The view was beautiful, but not what it could have been if we were a little closer. The room was clean and service was really good. Our breakfast was included and AMAZING! Make sure to include it at time of booking. We were a little surprised that we had to pay $30 to park our car on top of paying for the room, but as we continued our travel in Canada that seems to be the norm.

Stayed at 3 different hotels during our stay, this was by far the worst of the three. Hotels next door were half the price, higher floor, better view of the falls, bigger better room/spa baths, free internet and much cheaper parking and totalled in at almost half the price. Very disappointed :(
