Cons: We paid for a room upgrade to view the falls but we didn't expect to hear water draining through the pipes every ten minutes. I was very dissatisfied,
The views were excellent but the bed was not comfortable and the consent noise of draining water from the bathroom was annoying.

Great falls view!

Only complaints were even upgrading to better bed it was uncomfortable and in hotel restaurant wouldnt honor the gift card we bought at front desk because my wife didnt buy an (entree), just a flatbread even though our bill was 120, but hotel refunded it for us then anyways. The view of falls was awesome and this was a wonderful suite to stay in with my wifey on our 10 yr anniversary. Nice big roomy shower and jacuzzi tub made for some very romantic time together with no kiddos around!!

The major issue I had was the parking fee of 40.00

The hotel was very nice however the 40.00 parking fee should be addressed openly. I would of chose a different hotel due to this fee. The room was expensive but nice. The breakfast was fair at best.

Perfect location and view of the falls.

Pros: Mostly everything
Cons: Free internet in rooms
Location: The falls are obviously the great attraction, they are impressive. Taking lots of pictures while walking along the park. Visit stores. Great time!
Everything was perfect and we had a great stay. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. The view was awesome. The only con is a charge for the internet, ... a little upsetting after paying for a room upgrade and "having to pay" for parking. My cellphone carrier worked "low range" in Canada and was annoying. Would definitely stay there again.

Heaven on earth

The view from the hotel was amazing, when you wondered how these things were done you think of god goodness and how he thought of everything.

Staff made this place very welcoming.

Pros: Fallsview was breathtaking.
Cons: Paying for WiFi in 2017 is ridiculous.
Everyone was lovely from valet parkers to desk clerks. Our room was upgraded to a fabulous one with a Fallsview. I am however, always annoyed when I have to pay for WiFi in a hotel. Otherwise our stay was terrific

Great View

Pros: How nice the staff was
Cons: better rates.
Location: you're in the middle of everything. kind of within walking distance depending how cold it is.
I've been to Canada before and I fall in love with it every single time. I chose the Marriott because I have had good experience but a little too pricey. Mid Nov. and i spent close to $600 for two nights. they charged even for the wifi! first time I've seen that even parking was an additional cost. All in all, really good trip but i wouldn't go back to the hotel. there are plenty of other hotels with the same great service and view at a better price.

Pros: Location, views from the room, Starbucks in the lobby
Cons: Lack of parking options
Location: Journey Behind the Falls is within walking distance, lots of restaurants within walking distance, Hornblower Cruise dock is a long walk but doable.
This hotel was fabulous from start to finish. First of all, it's at the far end of "the strip" which means it's further away from the busy tourist spots and a tad bit quieter. The view from our window was amazing (see photos). We had a Superior King Fallsview room on the 19th floor and it was definitely worth the extra money to get the view. We actually spent a fair amount of time just sitting by the window watching the falls. The staff was very friendly and always said Hello and made conversation as you passed in the hallways. The room was clean and large. Lots of storage space for your luggage and a closet to hang up jackets. You can walk right out the door and use the funicular (at $2.75 a person) to get down the hill to the visitors center and the main sidewalk that runs along the river. My only complaint is that there is no parking. You are pretty much forced to use their valet service at $39 per night. It was extremely convenient and worth the money but it was an added expense that I hadn't planned for. They have a service where you can text your valet number 10 minutes before you head out and your car is ready and waiting at the front door. Again, very convenient but comes at a cost. Overall I was very impressed with the hotel. A bit expensive, but worth it in my opinion. You can't beat the location.

Alot of money for a small room.

The hotel was very nice, but alot of $$$ for a view. Room was out dated and Very Small. The valet treated us like we didn't belong there when we arrived at the Marriott Fallview. Room was clean but needed to be updated and renavated.
