Great location
The property is as described, and conveniently located to the main strip. The stairs are a bit steep, so anyone with mobility issues may want to stay elsewhere. My advise to management is be careful who you put where. A family with 3 kids under the age of 6 stayed above us on the 4th floor and ran up and down the hall till midnight. I had to go up twice, and ask them to stop running. As a parent it is rude to allow kids to do that, and that isnt on management of the building, but placement of families with little kids is.

Close to entertainment strip, but smoky and in need of maintenance.
If you have sensitivities to cigarette smoke this is not the place for you. The suite smelled like smoke and was very warm and hard to cool off. The common areas of the building were hard to walk through due to the stench of cigarettes. We had to sleep with the windows open (March), but none of them work properly and are needing work. Entering the property we had some difficulties as there was no front porch light on. I messaged for assistance, but didn't hear back until late morning the next day. Thankfully we got inside. The shower would fill the tub with water and not drain. I was told someone was coming to fix it. No one came over our three night stay. We had to clean out the drain ourselves, which is never a pleasant experience. This place needs maintenance and the air purified.

Great location, just off the beaten path!!!
Location was spectacular, 5 min walk to Clifton hill. Place was clean and spacious. If I had to make one negative comment it would be, no cable and only one roll of toilet paper provided. Other than that great place. Would highly recommend!!

Myself and a few friends rented this property for a weekend girls getaway at the end of April 2022. Checking in was easy and the place was very clean upon our arrival. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing location but horrible beds
We had a very good time staying here but my one complaint are the beds. We barely slept because the beds were so uncomfortable. We slept on the couch night 2 and woke up very sore. The condo itself was clean and spacious. The showers however had cold water and no hot. Not sure what that was all about. I would stay here again but would definitely bring a mattress topper.

Some pros & cons but worth the money
The property is well managed and maintained. The pros: the units (I'm assuming all of them) have two exits on either end of the apartment, close to all of the NF attractions, there is ample parking and quite a bit of room in the units to spread out and enjoy if you have a big group. The cons: there is only one parking spot for each unit so the other guests will have to park in the paid parking lot directly beside the building (the cost is quite affordable however), they don't supply toilet paper, coffee or tea (some others I've stayed in offer these items plus packaged pastries for a quick breakfast on the run which is a nice touch), the front door is quite loud when people are entering and exiting and you can hear all of the noise from the people upstairs, the neighborhood is a bit run down but there were no issues and no weirdos around. Overall I had a great stay and would use them again.
