The shower drain is partially clogged and won’t drain properly. We need breakfast before 7am in order to get to the soccer field on time, but the schedule says 7-10am…hopefully we can get it early. Check in seemed cumbersome, and we were told that we have to sign something at check out- not sure what that is, but we’re used to just checking out on an app or online. Staff seems mostly friendly but not flexible on policy at all. Early check in fee ($20/hr) is off-putting.

Breakfast should go until 10 am. Not everyone wants to get up early to dress & get to it. Was grateful my running late to check out when the groom came by for me to iron his clothes & then I needed longer to get ready
