I'm used to staying at the home 2 Suites at Hilton so i thought this hotel would be similar. It's only similar in the small kitchen included in the room but without any dishes or utensils or cups/glasses. Although, i booked the room for 4 ppl i still had to ask for extra washcloths. Just have some forethought with each room.

Location and price was great. Only complaint is I planned to pay in cash and not charge my credit card. They would not accept a cash payment (unless you had a 7 day stay!). Not happy about charging the card - I chose the pay later option so I could pay in cash at check-in.

The room was clean. The amenities were pleasing. Liked the little kitchen area. The only kick back I have was the fact that you didn't have daily room service, of which you could have arranged I'm assure, with prior arrangements. Overall I enjoyed the stay and would go again.

Accomodating

Pros: room was nice size - and was clean -
Cons: could put shampoo and the small trial size items in the rest room along with a hair dryer - make sure hangars were in the closet - trash bag to replac
Location: We came to view the eagle scout ceremony for our grandson - stayed 3 nights
We checked in - all good - we were told there was shampoo in the rooms - got to our rooms - mine had nothing as far as shampoo, cream rinse, lotion, hangars, hair dryer, - we did have a small round bar of soap and a box of kleenex The kitchen was nice - but we had nothing to use in it - We had to go out to get shampoo, cream rinse, - there were ice cube trays - you filled them and that was your ice. No ice bucket - no glass to get water to take your meds with - you had to ask for EVERYTHING and pray they had it - We asked for a hairdryer - we did get that - asked for shampoo - they were out - asked for clean towels - they had none.....guy even told us when we asked for shampoo that there was a drug store right down the street - how rude.....you got no housekeeping unless you stayed 7 days or more.....

After reading your feedback about housekeeping not visiting your suite unless you stayed for a week, it appears they may be a misunderstanding about the policy. In order to respect the privacy of our guests staying for long periods of time, our housekeeping service is conducted on a weekly basis, although we are always happy to provide housekeeping at your request for a minimal fee. And kitchenwares, fresh linens, and towels along with any toiletries are always available at the front desk. However, I regret in your case some of the toiletries were not available at the front desk, and I apologize for the same. I have noted your concerns and same has been shared with our front desk team to ensure stock for the toiletries are maintained on regular basis. Last minute booking!

Pros: Staff was super friendly, free WiFi, Clean rooms, Location of the hotel
Cons: Just needs a pool
Location: Buckroe Beach, Town Center Shopping, Lots of restaurants
We had a wedding to attend and found out last minute it was just best to stay overnight. I found ESA for just $60 for a Suite. I booked it! When we got there was we right across for the Town Center Shopping area and only 1.5 miles from the wedding! What a deal! We got there at around 1pm and Check-In time was 3pm. However, the wedding was at 3pm also and we both needed to change. We walked in and asked if we could Check-In early and they said it wasn't a problem! We were on the 2nd floor and had a wonderful room. It was clean and smelt amazing. Usually hotels smell like bleach but this room did not. The bed was so comfortable. So comfortable that we overslept and missed the breakfast! Kitchen area was nice and so was the bathroom. It was a little getaway for my Husband and I and we will be returning :)!

Disappointed

Pros: Rooms were nice
Cons: Faster Check in, make sure rooms are properly stocked
First of all Check in took a while as they were backed up due to a shortage of staff which almost cause me to miss the even I was attending. I reserved 2 rooms and neither room had bath cloths. One of the rooms did not have tissue in it. The room was not bad at all though.

Cleanliness is about all it had

Pros: It was clean
Cons: Everything
The room was clean but had NONE of the promised amenities. The hotel clerk hung up on me when I called to ask questions prior to check in. It had a nice kitchenette but even after asking hotel staff we couldn't get a coffee pot or anything else, not even a glass. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and half the lights in the room didn't work. The "continental breakfast" consisted of coffee and a muffin or apple (no other choices).
