The elevator system is not as efficient and fast as they’d like to think with the new modernization. Long wait to go up to room and down to lobby, especially when it is busy. Also confused why I got an email from Travelocity stating that my reservation was canceled 1.5 hrs before I was due to check in, but I was already at the hotel and they had my reservation…

The only problem I had was my fridge didn’t work but I call the front desk and they sent someone up to replace it within 15 minutes

Everything was wonderful. The staff was very friendly. The only negative thing would be the ice machine on the 6th floor did not work.

We liked that it was downtown convenient. But the air ducts in bedroom and bathroom need attention the wife is allergic to that much dust
