The young man behind the counter was very helpful. It's a dated place, but my room was clean, and the bed and pillows were great. Plus it is close to an amazing little Italian Grill "La Cucina". I was here for a wedding, but the hotel was full of Parrot Heads. Great bunch of people.

Very convenient to NiagaraPavillion.

Pros: Very clean.
I would have given a five star overall but we missed breakfast because they only serve until 9:00 on weekdays and it is 10:00 on weekends. If you are on vacation or just want to sleep in a bit it doesn't give you enough time to get cleaned up an downstairs on time. This seems to cater more to the business traveler.
