Sharon, I think there has been a miscommunication. We change all linens when housekeeping is requested. It is just that housekeeping is upon request.

Very friendly and efficient service. Desk clerk let us know of area restaurants, what was going on in Graham if we were looking for something to do. She informed us the local stations so we could catch the news and weather since a cool front was coming in.

Clean, comfortable, quiet

Pros: The bed is comfortable. The room is reasonably well lit.
Helpful, pleasant staff. Decent breakfast (basically standard basic American fare, but decent). comfortable bed.

great stay accept for the Crickets

Very nice hotel, great beds, clean, A/c was cold as you want. Only issue was that there's 10,000+ crickets at the doorway and all entrances. Might just be the time of year- Septmeber 1-3rd.
