Was very upset that we paid extra for a place with hot tub & it was out of order. Staff acted like “O Well”. Had to call 3X for extra sheets/blankets for pull out. Staff treated like it was a pain. Terrible customer service.

I understand you had a poor experience at our hotel during your stay because the hot tub in the pool area wasn't available. There's a lot of work that has to be done before the hot tub is back in working order. . As, I remember I took your call regarding you needing sheets and even asked if you got them and you said, yes and thank you. We at BWGG take pride ourselves on our customer service and being able to provide a premium customer experience. Again we apologize that your stay wasn't up to par for you. We hope you will give us another chance in the future.

Surprisingly clean for a best western. We stopped for a quick over night stay on our way to Disney. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was pleasing.
