Great place to stay!

Location: Located between NBC studios and Central Park. Great location!
Enjoyed everything about the hotel. No complaints. Location is great, centrally located.

Old renovated hotel

Pros: location
Cons: Price to value
Room strong smell like moth balls Paint cracking and falling from ceiling Dripping of water onto window all night like water torture

Elegant hotel

The Warwick is an elegant hotel, centrally located. The room was large, quiet, very comfortable & impeccably clean. Staff was pleasant & helpful. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay in midtown

Booked this hotel at the last minute - got a great rate. The hotel is located very close to MOMA and a few blocks from Times Square and Rockefeller Center. Valets were courteous, helpful, and speedy. Front desk and concierge staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was very quiet, clean, and nicely appointed (although they could use some power outlets bedside). Overall, a top-notch experience.

great hotel with perfect location

The hotel is very nice, the staff is very friendly. It is close to Central Park and within walking distance to many of the Broadway theatres.

Great place to stay!

We had a great stay here with the family and look forward to coming back. This location was nice since it was easy to get to the places we wanted to visit. That is, Central Park, 5th Avenue shopping, Times Square. Plus it was quiet and that was crucial with the kids and busy days we had.

Thin walls; no free wifi; otherwise great

Great service and conditions and location. But rude neighbors and thin walls dampened the experience. Also no free wifi.

Rude staff

I have been staying at the Warwick hotel several times but this time wasn't pleasant at all. When we arrived for the check up, Michael at tr front desk was rude and not kind. The room location from the website didn't match with the one I was given ! I have view of the construction building , I asked kindly for a shower bath because I have a 3 years old with me but Michael answer was NO that's what you paid for . Well I spent two days and moved to the Roosevelt hotel on East 45th street where staff were more friendly and respectful to theirs guests . Never ever at this hotel

Great Location! Close to New York Sightseeing areas and central park. Close to subway station. Clean room and adequate space. Booked courtyard view room but Brick wall is the only thing we can see from the window.
