Good location. poor staff communication

Staff were slow to deal with problems. We had a very wet floor in our room. They sent housekeeping to look and their answer was to lay bath mats on the floor to soak it up- not to dry they floor with an air dryer as they promised. Engineer came to look at the A/C, but we were never told what he decided. Brag desk again to get housekeeping to come and dry the floor- no show again despite saying it would be done asap. Next day we went to front desk to ask them again to get someone to dry the floor and they said they would as a priority. guess what no dry floor. We gave up at this point and resigned ourselves to having bath mats on the floor. We offered a room change after 2 nights of our 3 day trip. By this point it had nearly dried out so we didn't see the point. Rooms look tired and grubby and need decorating. Door handles to bathroom wobbled.

Excellent!

Location: Close to Fifth Avenue shopping, Radio City Music Hall, Carengie Deli, MOMO.
Amazing location - walk everywhere and close subway access. Safe. Excellent hotel staff - friendly, efficient. Very clean and spacious room. Good wifi. Nice atmosphere at Randall's. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would not hesitTe to recommend this hotel.

Meh, won't return, but decent for the price.

Nice size room for NYC and great location. We felt it was also very budget friendly given the location. However, the hotel is just run down and not updated. There's a musty smell throughout lobby and floors. While the room was large for New York standards, the bathroom was smaller than a cruise ship interior room bathroom - so small that you could go to the bathroom, turn on the sink and start the shower without leaving the toilet seat.

My favorite NYC Hotel

Pros: Everything really. The best hotel I've stayed at in several trips to NYC and would always come back here. It's very reasonably priced in a great area.
Cons: Nothing in my opinion.
Location: The location in Upper Mid town, with Central Park; Times Square and several subway stations nearby, with multiple eating options. Close access to MOMA
I stayed at The Warwick in 2014 and as I thought it was the best hotel I'd been to in the city, decided to book two weeks instead of the previous one. It was a very good decision. The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. My flight was a late arrival at JFK and I was able to inform the front desk of late check-in. In the same email, I requested a high room with a city view and I was offered a premier room on the 23rd floor overlooking 6th Ave at no extra cost. The room was clean and spacious and had everything I needed. The bathroom is really nice. There was temperature control which was easy to use. The widescreen tv was excellent with comfortable seating for viewing and desk. The housekeeping is excellent and efficient. The ice machines located throughout the hotel were a must. I didn't eat at the hotel, but the menus always looked good. There are so many places to eat out in NYC.
