This hotel used to be great......

After prior stays that were wonderful we were disappointed that this hotel has gone down hill a great deal since our last visit. An unruly guest on our floor screamed up and down the hallway and fought with security for several hours before finally being removed. That type of incident should have been quickly handled and resolved instead of standing by and watching it continue to get worse so that no one on the floor felt safe, and none of us got any sleep.
When complaining to management, all we got in return was a half-hearted "I'm sorry".
In addition, for most of our stay, only two elevators were functioning, causing long back ups and waits with many unhappy guests.
