Great Place to stay

Pros: It is very clean and worth the stay
Cons: The Management need improving, not the Staff
Location: It is close to everything except Ground Zero witch everyone should visit when in New York City... I saw six Broadway shows while their.
I found all the staff at this hotel were fantastic, from the great Door man who you will love just ask him to sing for you.... everyone was so kind and easy to talk with, all of their services were wonderful. The restaurant staff and the bar tenders are some of the best I have seen as I have traveled around the world and you cannot beat the staff of this hotel.... I will go back... The only problem i found was that the management were not good to their employees, the manager was always ver negative to the staff, and what was so bad is he did it in front of the guest of this great hotel... they need better management.... other wise Please Stay at the Millennium Broadway it is very close to every theater and walking distance to many areas for shopping to just enjoying New York City. Like I said the staff will make you stay worth the experience.....

Just ok

Pros: Liked the location! Just a half block walk to Time Square and easy access to theaters.
Cons: The hotel needs a thorough cleaning and updating.
Location: GREAT location and easy to get to everything you want to do while in NYC!
The location was great but hotel cleanliness was "just ok". The bathroom was unclean when we arrived and there is mold around the sink, shower and vent in the bathroom. The towels had hair in them which was beyond disgusting.

Nice hotel close to Times Square

After a trip down the elevator it was a quick 50 steps and we were on Times Square. Great staff!

This hotel used to be great......

Pros: The location has always been great for us. We can walk most everywhere that we want to go.
Cons: Security and customer service
Location: Located in the heart of Times Square - walking distance from great shopping and broadway shows
After prior stays that were wonderful we were disappointed that this hotel has gone down hill a great deal since our last visit. An unruly guest on our floor screamed up and down the hallway and fought with security for several hours before finally being removed. That type of incident should have been quickly handled and resolved instead of standing by and watching it continue to get worse so that no one on the floor felt safe, and none of us got any sleep. When complaining to management, all we got in return was a half-hearted "I'm sorry". In addition, for most of our stay, only two elevators were functioning, causing long back ups and waits with many unhappy guests.

Great Hotel

Pros: Everything!
Cons: All was good.
Location: Times Square!
From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us royally. Bell and Check-in people were very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, and had the best shower pressure I've ever experienced. Room cleaning staff were accommodating. The two hostesses at the cafe were great; Patricia and Nadia deserve special acknowledgement for their customer care which exceeded all expectations. Can't say enough!

Pros: location, location, location
Cons: service
Location: Un, deux, trois cafe
Hotel was great. Check-in was easy and room was "worn" but clean and the location couldn't be better!!! Truly the only complaint is the bar/restaurant and the transportation. Bar and restaurant prices were outrageous and the staff acted as though they were doing us a favor by waiting on us -- WHEN we could get their attention. Then we made the mistake of taking the "hotel" transportation to JFK on Monday. While the SUV looked nice enough, we nearly had to push it uphill once or twice to make it there. Next time, we'll call UBER and spend an extra $10.

Nice Hotel on Times Square

Pros: The staff at the front desk and Theater desk were awesome and helpful!
Cons: Coffee makers are not available routinely in the rooms and have to be asked for.
Location: Conveniently located to Times Square. Easy walk to theaters and eateries.
Hotel was fine. Issues with elevators being unavailable caused long delays. Coffee makers are not available routinely in the rooms and have to be asked for. Getting supplies refilled took multiple phone calls, and often I gave up and just walked to McDonalds.

The location was perfect and in three days my son and I were able to sightsee, with convenience to the subway!

Location: Broadway shows and visit Trump tower
It would have been nice to have a coffee maker and fridge in the room!

Close to Times Square

Pros: Close to Time Square, elevators, big vanity in the bathroom
Cons: The bed was not at all comfortable
Location: Lots of things to do, great restaurants nearby, a fun place to stay
The hotel is a good place to stay. Made the reservations through Travelocity, an easy job. The Hotel is not too expensive but you can see it in the furnishings. The bed that we had was not comfortable, just a mattress on a board. The bed was nothing like the one that you could find in the Marriott. The bathroom was fine, big vanity and clean. I liked the fact that there were elevators that went only from the 16th to the 24th floor and some for the lower floors. It made for faster service, some hotels I have stayed you have to wait forever to get an elevator.
