Nice & convenient location

Posted Jan 3, 2017
Great location..right in the heart of NYC!! The only thing I would improve would be the access to the ball drop on New Year being that is so close by (maybe a block away). I booked my reservation at this hotel in particular for that reason; to be able to go see the ball drop but because everything was blocked with barracades I wasn't able to. It would've been nice to be able to have access or at least have the conveniency of purchasing vip ticket at the hotel to see the main event (ball drop)but unfortunately that wasn't the case. I made this trip so my daughters (1st time visiting NYC) could experience this amazin event on New Year's Eve & I was dissapointed because that was the purpose of my trip & instead I got stuck in my room listening to everything going but not being able to attend as planned...pretty frustrated. As for the hotel stay, it was ok!

We won't be back

Posted Dec 25, 2016
Pros: Location. Concierge.
Cons: Clean the room better between guests. Have elevators working so a guest doesn't have to wait 20 minutes to get to the lobby.
Location: Good location
Good location. Concierge staff was great. Room was not clean. Fire alarms went off in the middle of the night. Elevator service was poor. After checking out and paying $1,000 for three nights we tried to sit in the restaurant while we waited for our shuttle because the lobby was freezing. We were told we had to order to sit there even though it was empty. I won't stay there again.

The Millenium Broadway at Times Square

Posted Dec 22, 2016
Pros: The hotel staff and the convenience getting around to nearby restaurants was fabulous. Therefore, we did not have to spend all our money on cab fares.
Cons: Installing a hot tub if possible
Location: Location is very convenient to most restaurants and stores, so that if weather permits, guests may walk to their destinations.
The Millenium Broadway Hotel in Times Square was a very nice hotel, however it lacked a pool and a hot tub. My husband and I love to swim, or at least spend time relaxing in the hot tub. Unfortunately, we were unable to do neither, which was very, very disappointing. However, the concierge was very helpful in helping us print out our Boarding Passes for our return flight back to Denver, Colorado, since neither my husband, nor I could figure out how to make the program work.on the Frontier Website. In addition, the hotel staff was very helpful and went out of their way to ensure that we were well taken care of during our four-day stay.

Christmas Trip

Posted Dec 16, 2016
Pros: Location,location,location
Cons: For the price, it was fine.
Location: Broadway, 5th Ave, most things in this part of town were within waalking distance
The hotel was ideally located for catching Broadway plays and fairly close to Radio City Music Hall. The room was good size ( for a NY hotel) and was clean and well kept. Breakfast buffet was adequate ; $20.00. Concierge was helpful.

Never again for a Broadway stay.

Posted Nov 23, 2016
Pros: Not much to like.
Cons: Cleanliness, mechanicals, poor response of mechanical staff and lack of of coordination with front desk.
Rust spots throughout the bathroom. Thermostat in operative so the room was cold and we had to order more blankets. On the first afternoon of our stay a hotel employee entered our room while my wife and I were dressing claiming he wanted to see if the room was occupied.

Great location and price!

Posted Oct 23, 2016
Pros: Staff was available for our late night arrival, check-in and small problem in our room. Nicely appointed, upstairs and down.
Cons: The concierge steered us wrong on a city bus tour. The only sour note in our whole stay.
Location: Just around the corner from Times Square and ABC's Good Morning America. In the middle of the theater district, entrances on both 44th and 45th.
The hotel location was very convenient for our list of must-dos during our brief visit to NYC and reasonably priced.
