Millennium to Premier
Posted Nov 19, 2015
We inquired about moving to the Premier Hotel from the Millennium after the first of a five night stay. We had previously stayed at the Premier and loved the accommodations and amenities. We decided to give the Millennium a try due to the affiliation with the Premier We were really disappointed in the room - no coffee maker,a hard as a rock bed and pitiful pillows plus bad water pressure in the shower. After going to Starbucks for coffee the morning after our not restful night, I asked the hotel staff about moving to the Premier. I was advised a coffee maker and bed topper could be delivered to the room in the Millennium but why should you need to ask for those basic amenities. The staff was very courteous and managed to have a room ready for us at the Premier by late morning. Of course, there was an additional charge for the remaining four nights of our stay. We have traveled to NYC every year since 1999 and the Millennium was our worst lodging experience.
