The staff worker named Rashan was very friendly and helpful in every way. He made our stay at La Quinta Inn in Brooklyn so pleasing. He was caring and responsive to our needs. Although the Hotel need some updating, but very clean. I will come back again because of the helpfulness of Rashan.

Our room was not ready at 6pm. We were allowed to enter our room and then someone from the hotel staff unlocked the door and walked right into our room without even knocking. Also at 3am the front desk staff was playing the TV very loud and our room was very close to the front desk Terrible hotel

Staff was polite with one exception. Property was fairly clean. No towels in rooms had to ask several times before we received them. No parking. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived. We had to check in late. After driving 3 hours to get here and our room wasn’t ready we were told there weren’t any bathrooms till we checked in. Very unsatisfactory!

I did not like that there was no outside signage for the hotel, no blackout drapes, the room phone did not work, and the continental breakfast never arrived at the hotel.
