"Second time's a charm"
This was our second stay at the Times Square Doubletree Suits. This was better than the first. The staff was gracious, useful, and committed to our enjoyment. The room was superb--isolated, quiet, spacious, and perfectly located to see wonderful views of Times Square, Seventh Avenue, and the Theatre District. Room service was quick, accurate, and provided hot entrees within minutes. The female concierge (long hair and Brooklyn accent, sorry we can't remember her name) was superb. She went out of her way to get us a dinner reservation when no one online would respond for the following evening. The bell staff was always immediately available to us to secure a reliable cabbie to a known destination and good directions to any meaningful site nearby. Internet service turned out to be free and quick. Housekeeping (normally not a consideration) was amazingly quick and responsive. No matter when we left the room, it was inevitably restored to its pristine status when we returned.

"Fastest, Friendliest Check-in I've Ever Had!"
I used to work across the street from the Hyatt for years. I had mistakenly thought of it as a factory. I stayed here Christmas Eve because had to catch an ear'y flight to Florida. The check in people were FAST ! And to my shock, they were friendly My room was cozy, warmly furnished and bigger than what I had expected. The only thing missing was a remote control for the tv. Housekeeping delivered one quickly. the waiters at the restaurant were funny and friendly . I was so sorry there was no clock in my room but that's the only complaint I have.

"Nice Hotel Parking cost 60$ overnight"
Nice hotel unfortunately the staff never told me that the parking garage "for the customers" was not included with the price. I always stay at Hiltons, the room was nice but the parking was 60$ for my regular size Silverado 2015 truck per night.

"Great place to stay"
We took a subway from pen station & walked a couple of blocks to the hotel. We arrived and were greeted and checked in. The room was a nice size with king bed and a kitchenette. The bathroom was small but adequate. We crossed the street to the fairway market for snacks and juice. There was a liquor store a couple doors down. Walking next door to the beacon theater for the show was amazing! Definitely a convenient place to stay. Room was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Felt clean and safe. Will definitely be back when we see another show at the beacon.

"Great location for mid-town business meetings. "
This was my first stay at The Mansfield. While I had opted for the cheapest (smallest) room, I really liked the ambience of the hotel and the convenient location to my business meetings. The bar was lively and the food was very good.

"Adequate hotel if you can get a good deal"
I got an Travelocity deal for $200. For that amount this was adequate. But don't pay full price for this hotel. If you stay here and you want a window that you can see out of you should ask for that. My window was frosted so you couldn't see out of it (room 212). If you just need a place to sleep this is a great place...it's very quiet. Staff was very helpful and nice and my room was very clean. But be aware this hotel doesn't meet normal standard of a Kimpton hotel.
