This was our first time in New York City and this hotel was awesome. I would definitely stay here again. Even though we were right on Times Square, the room was quiet and very pleasant.

"Excellent Hotel and Perfect Location"
We were actually arriving early in the AM after a red eye flight ..... when we arrived at the hotel mid morning we checked in and had immediate access to our room even though check in was 4:00 PM. The staff was exceptional during the stay ... our room was very clean and welcoming. The location next to Grand Central Station is the ideal location to utilize the wonderful transit system that is the heart of this incredible city. The subway Shuttle between the theatre district...Times Square......is a very quick ride........so convenient. We stayed at this hotel during a visit in 2004 .... will book again during our next visit. The bar has a wonderful location .... we did have breakfast one day on property however since there are so many choices near by at a much more reasonable price point we never returned for a meal .... if the meal would have been presented as SPECIAL it could be worth the cost however as presented not recommended.

"Nice Hotel Parking cost 60$ overnight"
Nice hotel unfortunately the staff never told me that the parking garage "for the customers" was not included with the price. I always stay at Hiltons, the room was nice but the parking was 60$ for my regular size Silverado 2015 truck per night.

"Nice hotel in Theater District NYC"
Hotel was very clean and convenient to Times Square and Theaters. Rooms are small and bathroom was extremely small. Nothing fancy but had all the basic needs for a place to sleep and freshen up.

"Nice hotel, but Needs Heat"
Accomodations fine, staff helpful but room would not get above 65 degrees. We were told it was 70 outside and if they turned on the heat for us everyone would want it on! Makes no sense to me, I guess just a cost cutting move.
