We stayed in the Family Loft, which was just two hotel rooms with an adjoining door. It was great to have two double beds for our 3 kids to share and a king bed for us, not to mention a door that closed for privacy and a full extra bathroom. The rooms were very spacious and nicely decorated. The beds were quite comfortable. It was a nice touch for the hotel to offer unlimited water and sodas during our stay. The only drawback on the accommodation was the almost see through bathroom wall in the king bedroom. Not only was it inconvenient because my kids couldn't be in the room if we were showering, it was also annoying because anytime the bathroom light was turned on in the night, it lit up the entire room making it hard for a person to sleep. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again. It was convenient to subway stations and centrally located for shorter commutes to the area attractions.

The property was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and room service was very quick. Overall a pleasant experience. The only thing is that there is no valet for parking. Nonetheless, the staff members and cleanliness made it worth the stay. Also, very well priced!

Ambience bright & upbeat. Staff friendly & helpful. I could have done without the piped music at the reception desk. With the Covid masks & staff members behind plexi scenes, it was difficult enough to communicate with them without the interference of heavy club music drum beat.

Staff could not have been nicer or more friendly. Location is perfect, property is well maintained, rooms were very comfortable. restaurant was good, somewhat limited hours but food and staff were good. All in all our new "go to" hotel when in NYC. Very happy with INNSIDE. Allowed a late checkout, no problem.
