Great location!

Pros: location, space in suite, kitchen, views, great coffee shop-Gregory's across street. We visited every day. Cons: sofa bed uncomfortable (ours was broken and had to be moved to another room next day); staff is a bit indifferent; living room area needed another sitting area maybe another chair/bean bag or something. Open space with minimal seating. The shower in second room was clogged. Drivers couldn't find hotel for some reason so had to walk to corner to have them locate us. Good price. Great location. Mediocre to basic accommodation.

Great location with clean, big rooms

The hotel is on a quiet street, not easy to find in NYC. The area is FiDi making it close to One World Trade building and memorial, the Staten Island Ferry building, Wall St, Stock Excange, Trinity Church, Delmonico's Steakhouse.... The room itself was bigger than some apartments I've seen on Airbnb for NYC. Full kitchen and living room are half of the sqft. The only thing I was not happy with was a queen size bed instead of a king.

Eurostar Wall Street - Home Away from Home!

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
I don't usually write reviews, despite traveling frequently but I had to on this occasion, i saw a lot of really negative reviews for Eurostars, sure, it is a little worn around the edges, being an older building. But i stayed there for 5 nights in room 602 (i think) and had an amazing time! The staff were so so so sweet, everything was perfect. I never tried the bar but would return to the hotel in a heartbeat. Of course it was expensive but it's NYC - i don't know what else people expect. Thank you Eurostars!!

Very clean, good location

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: Poor breakfast
We liked everything about this hotel, with the exception of a slightly scrimpy continental breakfast. Not a lot of selection. Otherwise, great!

Front desk staff very welcoming and helpful.

Pros: Quiet
Cons: Nothing close, Poor breakfast
The rooms are big for a New York City hotel, but the beds are horribly uncomfortable! It felt like we were sleeping on a wooden pallet - it makes your muscles and bones ache upon awakening. While there is a bar in the hotel, the staffing was questionable. There was no bartender during the hours advertised to be open - very disappointing to come in at night ready for a nightcap only to discover no bartender. The first day of breakfast in the hotel was sufficient - pastries, muffins, toast, bagels, fresh fruit, yogurt, meat and cheese platter, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, cereal and granola, milk, juice and coffee. The second morning when breakfast was supposed to be available until 10 am, we arrived at 9 am to find 2 apples, no pastries or muffins, no butter for toast, empty pans instead of eggs, bacon and sausage, no yogurt, an empty coffee urn, no coffee creamer and a waitress who was sullen and had an attitude. She was nowhere to be seen for the first 15 minutes and when she arrived she had a total attitude when asked if more food was going to be brought out. We were told, "No, that's all there is!"

Loved the location. Close to subway station and main attractions

Pros: Free Internet
Breakfast was not included and there are plenty of breakfast places. for late meals, there is a free delivery service close by but the food was not that great. It is available if needed. I will keep the meal very simple. Staff was excellent and the room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable beds. We could have a better blanket. We opted for turning the a/c down and opening the windows.

Small boutique hotel far from a lot of amenities

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: Nothing close
We got to the hotel around 6 am and didn't get a room until 10:30 am, which was fine, but one of the staff told us we would not get a room until 2! The location is kind of far from a lot of the amenities in the city, but the staff was friendly in assisting us catching a cab and/or routing us to the right subway lines. The rooms were roomy, but kind of cold as one of the heaters were broken. Other than that, we had an enjoyable stay in New York!

Very nice for the price

Good value for NYC - if you just need a quiet and relaxing place with the basic amenities, this hotel is more than adequate. If you are looking for something funky and cool with hip nightlife near by, this is probably not the hotel for you.
