Staff was rude and unprofessional

Pros: Clean
Cons: Train the staff to be helpful not rude - honestly the worst I have ever experienced
Location: Close to the subway, quick ride into the city - also cab fair from the city was inexpensive,
When checking in the person at the desk could not be bothered to look at you - not one of the staff members were helpful or nice - food at the little café was stale, certainly not worth the money. The hotel was clean and the rooms looked great - on the outside it looked like a Marriott but the staff made it feel like a cheep hotel - I will never stay here again - there are so many more options that are the same cost with a decent breakfast, and a staff that is helpful
