So we arrived tab the hotel close to our event time so we didn’t have time to check around the room. We returned to our room around midnight and went to get ready for bed and when we turned the covers down the bedding was dirty and hair was all over the bed. We contacted the front desk and spoke with Tiffany to let her know. We knew it was late so we offered to change the bedding if we were gave the sheets to change it. After 30mins not hearing back we went down to the front desk to be told that she didn’t have access to the laundry room and that the hotel was full so we couldn’t move to another room. Around 2am Tiffany called and said she could put us in a king bed room. We took the room because that would be more comfortable than one Queen bed for four adults. The next morning I went down and spoke with Mia at the front desk and she was very helpful. Mia was able to get moved to a double Queen room and answered any questions. On the third day we checked out early so Tiffany was still on duty and OMG she is really no help. She stated she was unable to print a receipt because I booked through a third party. That was a first because I book through Travelocity often and the hotels always print a receipt. I was in Mississippi last month and booked through Travelocity and the hotel printed a receipt. I will be in New Orleans soon and I will NOT be staying at this hotel. If you have any concerns here ask for Mia not the manager Malcolm because Mia will be the one to handle it.
