The room had a musk order or mildew smell Internet suck I have never heard you had to logged in every hour. I reported the hand railing on the top where it has rusted and broken apart.

Courteous and efficient service.

Location: The location is good if you ware not wanting to be on the main street. Nearby is a Popeye's, a McDonald's, a Wendy's, a Walgreen's and a Save-A-Lot.
The room was in very good condition, it appeared as though it had just been painted, and the bed was in good condition as well as the pillows and the drapes. The free breakfast was continental, but there were a variety of choices of including cereal and danishes. When I decided to check out early, I was told that I would have to handle it through the travel agent, but that I would definitely receive credit for the extra night.

This hotel has a pool that is never open.

Pros: No
Cons: Pool, better staff not on phone 24/7
I was looking for a room with a garden tub and a suite, was put in the wrong room. And the suites are very limited, only like four. Crazy at night on my initial arrival, you can check in late. But they lock you outside, and talk to you thru a hole. As you the customer to check in at midnight or 1am, stands outside alone not very safe for a woman traveling alone. For ten to fifteen minute. Really!?At the same time other hotel guests have cops called on, even thou the hotel is quiet. To a degree... If you have the extra money I suggest a better hotel.

Horrible Hotel

Pros: Nothing !!!
Cons: Tear it down and start all over !!!
Location: nothing other than it was close to the Downtown area.
I reserved a non-smoking room and when we opened the door the smell of smoke poured out, the pool gates had big chains with locks on them, the restroom and bath tub area had mold. When I entered the hotel lobby to check-in, I noticed construction was under way,I noticed they were building some sort of partition for the clerk area( like at a bank or convenience store), I should of got a hint from that as to the security of this area. When I asked the clerk was the partition going in because of the crime rate, and she stated yes. I couldn't believe she stated that !!!

We cancelled the hotel upon arrival due to the appearance and the unwanted individuals on the premise.

a disappointing experience

Pros: Free breakfast
Cons: Nothing close, Noisy
My 15 y/o daughter and I checked into this hotel for two nights. Running water from the bath could not be fixed because the front desk was unable to locate anyone. At night, the place was filled with folks partying, and it felt unsafe. Several women hanging out on balconies appeared to be waiting for clients. I would not stay there again, and I would not recommend the place if you have children or families.

Quality inn & suites New Orleans

Ok to stay at if you aren't going out at night, and the rrom locks work. As soon as you leave the driveway, it's like going into Beirut. The door handles didn't work on one of the rooms,(you could walk right in) so the clerk put the person i was with on the total opposite end of the complex. New Orleans reminds me of Detroit. It's a place where you don't go out walking by yourself. The housekeeping staff did a pretty good job exept that they missed putting trash bags in all my garbage cans everyday.

Not bad

The hotel was in a part of the city that is not completely back on it's feet from the hurricane. We did not have any problems. The room was clean and the breakfast was great.

Mardi Gras week

My husband and I decided to go through New Orleans during Mardi Gras week and had not made any reservations. Got a room with no problem and the manager even upgraded us to a suite for a single room price. The rooms were very comfy and the jacuzzi tub was awsome. Staff was very friendly and they do a hot breakfast in the lobby in the morning. The view wasn't much and the neighborhood was pretty run down, but the motel itself was freshly painted and new looking. Just a few minutes from the French Quarter.
