Hotel close to the French Quarter.

Michael at Front Desk was very accommodating, friendly and helpful! However, my perfume was stolen from my room and my wallet was gone through. So afraid my identity is stolen. Was offered $140.00. This amount is not worth my time missed from work to call Q &C Hotel and Travelocity to get this taken care of and resolved! Not satisfied or happy!

Convenient, clean and friendly staff

My wife and I stayed at the Q & C during Jazz Fest, and give it a definite thumbs up. Besides being convenient to a number of good restaurants and bars -- and to the French Quarter -- the staff was fantastic, our room was clean and the bar area was a lot of fun. It is a charming place, and it worked great for us also because of its close proximity to the Jazz Fest shuttles. This isn't necessarily a complaint, but just a fact: the rooms are small and very close to one another. But I don't know many people that go to New Orleans to hang out in their hotel room. It served its purpose extremely well. The bottom line for us is that we'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

bed was comfortable

Pros: convenient location near superdome and convention center
Cons: add microwaves to room
The day staff was friendly, but the night staff was not to accommodating. We asked about using a microwave since the rooms did not have one, and was told that its for employees only.

Wonderful experience!

Location: Location is within walking distance of pretty much anything you want to do. A block from canal St and only a few blocks from the quarter.
My husband and I stayed at this hotel over the July 4th weekend. The staff was very friendly and accommodating; always making sure we were well taken care of. The room was beautiful, unique, and clean. The decor was modern but they kept the integrity of the building with the exposed brick and other details. The hotel bar was reasonable in price with deep pours and great service. The cafe brunch was delicious, with even better beignets than Cafe Du Monde. *gasp* They also have valet for a good price and allow for in-out. All in all we had a wonderful stay and plan on staying here on future trips. A Nola Fav! Highly recommended.

This was a great hotel. We will stay here next yr

Pros: Everything!!! Clean, we could walk everywhere being that it was in the middle of everything.
Cons: Nothing! It was perfect
Location: We went for Essence Festival and the hotel was perfect for this event. Within walking distance to EVERYTHING. We parked our car and NEVER needed it
The hotel was very clean and a lot more upscale than I thought it would be. This hotel was within walking distance to all the venues. We will be staying in this same hotel next year. It was worth every penny.

Great Girls Getaway

Pros: The staff was friendly, warm and ver helpful. Decor is wonderful. Room was comfy & clean!
Location: Hurrahs, outlet shopping, pedicabs, city bus tour, French market, catholic cathedral, bourbon street, snug harbor jazz show, food-food-food...
The food at the bar was very good. Personally, I thought the Q&ad beignets were better than the world famous Cafe Dumonds. Even if they used the cafe dumond recipe, Q&C did it better. The room was chic and comfortable. Everywhere in the hotel was clean and comfy. The staff was knowledgable, helpful and honest about local attractions and food. I truly felt like I was staying with a wonderful relative. Ifbim ever in NOLA again, without a doubt, I'm staying at Q&C!! Thank you Q&C staff!!

Excellent hotel

My wife and I recently made a trip to new orleans and stayed at the Q & C hotel. All I can say is that this hotel is possibly the best kept secret in New Orleans. The staff was excellent and the entire hotel was recently renovated!!! I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience!!!

Cozy and warm

Located at the heart of N. O. Down town. Do not expect a big room, however the modern interior design makes that little space feel like a wonderfull place to relax. I will defiantly come back

Nice, newly renovated hotel

Pros: New facilities, comfortable bed, easily adjusted room temperature.
Location: 15 minute walk from the convention center, no more than 10 minutes to Bourbon Street
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Q&C in New Orleans! They've just renovated so all of the rooms were new and clean, the staff was friendly, and the food at the bar in the lobby was surprisingly good. The room was a bit small, but I expected that from the photos.
