Secure, newly renovated, modern furnished studio/one bath, 500 sq. ft. Gated property with security cameras.
There is no kitchen in the studio. There is a kitchenette with a beverage refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot.
The unit has a private entry and a private patio for only guests to use.
Guests are welcome to request up to a 2 hour window for pool/spa usage per day. Requests may be made day of use.
The is a patio off the studio that is solely for our guests to use and relax. It includes comfy outdoor furnishings , ceiling fans and a tv.
Amenities for the studio include a queen size bed, sofa, flat screen tv, internet, cable, central a/c, hardwood flooring, beverage center, and a Keurig coffee maker. This beautiful space features a modern marble bathroom with glass enclosed shower.
Located on the historic St. Charles Ave streetcar line, walking distance to over 50 restaurants, bars, coffee shops and music venues including historic Camellia Grill. Walking distance attractions include Audubon Zoo, Audubon Park and Tulane and Loyola University. Take the historic streetcar line to Garden District, CBD (Downtown) and French Quarter.

Amazing Visit!
My husband and I decided to spend the weekend in New Orleans, my first time. I chose this VRBO because it looked beautiful and was close to the trolly (across the street). We lucked out! I found out it was perfect for us! More beautiful than I even anticipated and Tara was lovely. We definitely want to visit again and will most certainly use Tara's place again.

Beautiful studio in a great setting! The place itself was very nice with a comfy bed and cool decor. The outside space exceeded expectations. I want to come back in pool weather! The location was quiet with easy access to colleges and street car.

A small oasis in Louisiana
We had a wonderful stay! Very centralized to the airport and all of the sights in New Orleans. The studio had a beautiful aesthetic. It great for a short weekend or even a longer stay! We hope to be back soon !

Perfect Spot to Enjoy NOLA
Our stay was genuinely one of our best trips to New Orleans so far. Upon arrival it was dark and raining heavily. Our host came out to help us with our bags in the rain and make sure we got in okay from the weather. She even gave us a great tip on where to park on St. Charles so we would be close to our car if need be. From then on any questions we had were easily answered by either the info packet provided or by texting her so we could get quick answers. To those of you looking for why this spot is the best let me out it this way: convenient. The food within walking distance is excellent (hit up La Madeleine for breakfast you won't regret it) the neighborhood is quiet and lovely to walk and explore. The street car stop is just yards from the gate so you are steps from accessing the whole city!! We will definitely be back!!

Great location! You have the Trolley tons of food options and bars all in walking distance but still a very lowkey chill area we hope to be staying here next year for our anniversary as well!

Cozy!!
This was our very first time in New Orleans. We were on a long roadtrip and found this cute and quiet place to stay during our short visit. The place was stunning and so cozy, and was just what we needed as we were winding down the trip. The shower was fantastic, the way it is built to the ceiling makes in feel like the space was really utilized to its full potential. Great location, and Tara was super nice and helpful.

Great spot for our long weekend
Tara’s studio was the perfect spot for our return to the Crescent City. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The location was ideal, close to restaurants, the streetcar and in a part of town that we prefer. Tara was a communicative host & answered any questions. The backyard is an oasis. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoy the stay.
The place is very cute located in a perfect spot which is one minute walking to the streetcar to my daughter’s school. There are quite a few local eateries right there if not feeling the quarter or the magazine. I liked it a lot. However, I would suggest for one person’s stay as the room and the bed is not that huge if one doesn’t get used to the city life. I definitely will go back for sure.
