"careless, careless"
Unfortunately, when I reserved my premium suite through Travelocity, I saw the two queen beds in the picture for that selection, and clicked on it. It turns out that the picture of two queen bed was matched up with a king bed room The hotel was out of double queens, so I ended up sleeping on a foldout cot in my premium suite while my teenage daughter took the king bed. Moral to this story: don't book hotels through Travelocity.

"Early Check-in-Super customer service"
I arrived at 10 A.M. from a cruise. I called the front desk and asked if there was early check-in. To my surprise, there was a resounding, "We are ready for you!" I was beyond thrilled to not have to wander the streets of New Orleans until my scheduled 4 P.M. check-in, with two young children and a tired husband in tow. The front desk staff was very friendly and the luckily, the hotel is located very close to the French Quarter. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would come back again!
