Property is under renovation. Our room had been updated and was nice. Bed is comfortable… so some may need extra pillows but we could take from our extra bed. Check in was smooth and all employees we encountered were friendly and attentive. Easy highway access. The neighborhood is a little rough but we ordered in and that went great.

I arrived at1am in morning Saint Patties Day and was told by staff he wished I cancelled because I booked way ahead. He could have got $200 a night not $89. No blanket’s, told to ask when I got in next night and guy literally threw it at me. I found out from Uber driver it is a hooker motel. Nasty shower , loud AC and too far from where I thought. Does not look like photos.

Had a bed bug machine in room. Room was old and broke down

Customer was already made aware this was not a bed bug machine. Bed Bug doctor sales "Restorator" to remove foul or smoke odor from rooms, we use this machine during the house keeping session to refresh the room. House keeping may have forgotten to remove the machine. Customer was not only given explanation but was also shown proof what this machine was about by simple google search. As much as we love our guests, we condemn any fake reviews regarding our service at the hotel.

The. Clerk was very rude. We rode the train from Birmingham Alabama to New Orleans- our train was delayed. I called to inform them we would be tbere around 9:30 . he informed me if we were not there by 9:00 he would give our rooms away. I said my papers stated we had until 1:00 am. He then screamed at me saying ok ok and hung the phone up in my face.
