Excellent and very attentive staff, makes a very big difference. Great property that can set standards, many international luxury hotels do not come close. Two things need to be addressed, internet speeds are woefully slow even the prime internet does not come close, most hotels today have 20mb as standard and prime can go above 50mb , a very average hotel in Penang and Singapore had 100 mb+ download and upload speeds as standard. You may start losing business customers who need high speed internet as a prerequisite. On a lower priority, the tv is dated, picture quality is poor.

Exceptional in every way. Extraordinarily lovely in every in every particular. Food wonderful, staff charming and attentive, nothing but superlatives for this hotel. Don’t miss the roof top pool. Likely the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in; would recommend the Leela for anyone going to Delhi.

Best Hotel in New Delhi

Pros: Luxurious rooms, wonderful staff, security, delicious food at the restaurants
Cons: Nothing
Location: Close to sights in New Delhi
Rooms are very luxurious; staff were all outstanding from arrival to checkout; I felt very safe here; Cool pool on the roof. Multiple restaurants serving delicious food- Western and Asian options available. Extremely happy with our stay here.
