Tired property in a prime location
This property is tired. We stayed here in 2016 and nothing has changed or been upgraded. The same decor, the same furniture in the lobby; the same decor. It just looks worn down and is in need of a refresh. There are stains on the carpeting in the guest rooms and whoever designed the bathroom needs to be fired. The shower is HORRIBLE. There's not a door on it so you freeze while taking a shower. The only place to put soap/shampoo is on the opposite side of the shower head so you FREEZE getting your soap and the shower head comes from the ceiling so you can't adjust it. Must have been a MAN who designed this bathroom/shower. There's no step for shaving legs... it's just awkward and not functional. The location is PRIME and connected to the mall which was amazing and makes it super easy to shop for a while and then take a break...but this hotel needs some love and TLC. The shine has worn off; it's time for some updgrates
