I see a lot of mixed online reviews for this hotel, and I can honestly say we had a comfortable 4-night stay with our small dog. The first night we were placed in a less optimal room (on the back of the property, near the highway) but when we requested a room change we were placed in a more updated space with a better heater and bathroom. It made a world of difference, and I think this is why some people have great things to say about this property and others are less enthused. The breakfast was great! The entire staff was very friendly! It was very convenient, with lots of grass, for our dog. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Worst hotel I've stayed in for a very long time. Room was small and so shabby. Unpleasant smell of very strong Clorox when we came in. Sink and tub were clogged. Very thin blanket so I was cold at night. Outside of Hotel looks nothing like the photo. Bottom of bed was plywood not even covered. What I've seen at Best Western is that if you book through Expedia they treat you badly and give you the worst room available. The hotel was empty and they were not willing to move us to a better room saying they can't since we booked through Expedia. I'm staying at a la Quinta tonight and they had no problem giving me a better room.
