Service friendly room was great food out of 10 gave a 8.7 very customer friendly service friendly and scale out 10 give a 20 and Wifi in the room 10 as well. Well stay again
Clean, safe, well kept, on the beach, steps from the water with the most amazing staff, special shout out to Martino and Vernon for their amazing service.
very relaxing uniqe atmosphere. the staff is made up of some of the nicest people you'll ever meet.
Room at check in had broken a/c. Took several attempts for them to agree that it wasn't getting cool at all. Was moved to a room with 2 queens near the road. Faucet leaked all over counter, drain in shower was sharp and hazardous. Street noise would wake you up all night. We paid more for a suite and it appears they have never been renovated in the slightest. Food was great, beach staff, bar staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and work hard. Unfortunately we checked out halfway through the trip and moved to the RIU palace (which was amazing!)
