The non-smoking apartment was completely renovated in 2015 and has a large sunny garden terrace. It is located in an upscale residential area in the Heilbronn East and thus 2km from the BUGA Heilbronn 2019 and the city. A parking space for a car or motorcycle is available in front of the house. Butchers and bakers are 250m and the nearest supermarket 1km away. Hiking opportunities in the Heilbronn vineyards and Besenwirtschaften and beer gardens are within walking distance in 10 minutes. The city bus stop is 100 meters away and takes you directly to the city / BUGA.

Superschöne Ferienwohnung
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter haben uns gute Ratschläge für Unternehmungen mit dem Fahrrad und für Ausflüge in die Umgebung gegeben. Am Nachmittag konnte man sich toll auf der schönen Terrasse entspannen.

ein Paradies
Es ist eine große, hochwertig ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Die Terrasse mit anschließendem Garten ist super: großer Sonnenschirm, zwei bequeme Liegen mit Auflagen und Handtüchern. Und dann der schöne Teich mit den Goldfischen und dem plätschernden Wasser. Ein Paradies! Danke

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der schönen Wohnung mit tollen Garten. Die Lage war super. Stadt nähe Biergarten Radwege Wanderwege alles super. Vermieter Kontakt war toll mit vielen Tips. Wir kommen wieder.

Prachtig appartement met schitterende tuin
Wij hebben heerlijke dagen gehad in het appartement met de mooie Japanse tuin. Wij hebben mooie wandelingen gemaakt en een fietstocht langs de Neckar. Elke was een goede gastvrouw die erg haar best heeft gedaan om fietsen voor ons te huren. Dank daarvoor.

Top-Adresse für einen Fahrrad-Urlaub im Heilbronner Land
Super Wohnung in ruhiger Wohnlage (Wendehammer - keinerlei Durchgangsverkehr). Wohnung im 1.OG, Hanglage, keine Dachschrägen, wegen Hanglage ebenerdiger Zugang vom Wohnzimmer zur überdachten Terrasse (mit Sonnenliegen, herrlich anzusehendem "Pflanzenmeer" und Fischteich). Die Wohnung ist in top Zustand - die Küche ist mit neuesten Elektrogeräten ausgestattet, das Bad mit barrierefreier Dusche und Badewanne. WLAN-Empfang einwandfrei (jedoch nicht auf der Terrasse). Super nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter - uns wurde z.B. das Vermieter-Carport zur Verfügung gestellt, um die E-Bikes unterzustellen und zu laden :-) Alles in Allem: In allen Punkten 5 Sterne!

Traumhaft!
Wir durften ein wunderschönes Wochenende in Heilbronn verbringen. Die Wohnung ist einfach ein Traum, die Lage, der wunderschöne Garten mit der überdachten Terasse in einer sehr ruhigen Wohnlage am Ende einer Sackgasse. Wir haben alles wie in der Anzeige beschrieben vorgefunden. Sehr gute Ausstattung mit viel Liebe zum Detail. An das große Wohnzimmer grenzt eine großzügige Terasse mit einem traumhaften Garten mit Teich, dort hätten wir ewig verweilen mögen. Vielen Dank an Familie Roth, die uns so herzlich willkommengeheißen hat, wir haben uns sofort heimisch gefühlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, dann auch gerne für ein paar Tage länger.
