The hotel staff is the best. Their pool and common areas are inviting. Walking distance to the House of Blues, Minute Maid Park, Toyota Center, Discovery Green Park, great food and close access to the metro.

Not close to 5 star, Travelocity mis-represented

Travelocity states distance to MD Anderson being 4.4 miles from this hotel. Not even close! Tub and sink did not drain, tv did not work, spa personnel was rude and could not book any appointments during our three days there. Hotel is tired and dated. Housekeeping conduct was appalling. Valet parking mis-handled luggage. Concierge and front desk staff were nice and save this place. It may better serve the Four Seasons brand to close this facility until an entire interior, exterior, and staff upgrade is in place. Never thought I would see this brand so completely mis-represented as witnessed in this property!!!

Location and staff are excellent!

Pros: Close restaurants
The staff was very courteous and helpful, especially navigation thru downtown with construction blocking the normal route. They were able to guide me street by street to get to the hotel. Once we were there the staff were so friendly and the room was beautiful! That is the 3rd time we've. Stayed at this hotel and the beds are so comfortable I wish I had one for my own! Right across the street from House of Blues, so convenient, great hotel!

Just what I needed!

Pros: Quiet
Cons: cost of parking
The room and Four Seasons amenities were just what I needed to relax after a busy couple days working on my feet. It's definitely the "little things" that can make a stay enjoyable -- wonderful aromatherapy show gels, shampoo, lotions, a great shower, clean, crisp sheets on a comfortable bed -- and a quiet room. Ahhh -- just what I needed!

Hotel staff made me feel at home

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet
I stayed in an executive suite on the 15th floor. I loved the room. It had an excellent view. The room was very clean too. And super spacious.

Great views.

This was my first time ever staying at a 4 seasons. It was a great experience. The room was clean and very comfortable. The views were also great. The entire staff was helpful and very friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel.
