Really cold (ice) water in the sink all the time. Took 4-5 minutes running on high to even warm up to washable temps.. room walls are paper thin. You can hear the neighbors talking all night long!!

Location is great. Room could be cleaner. Carpet was filthy and there were small ants in the bathroom.
