I am writing to make you aware of the unbelievably poor customer service I have received at the The Cove Atlantis. From March 24th I stayed at your hotel for 3 nights in room 2819, on the second floor. We picked your hotel because my previous, more pleasant stays at your hotel. During my time there, I came across multiple issues and had numerous complaints, which many of your staff members chose to ignore. My purpose of writing you this letter is to get you noticed about the serious matter and altogether asking for compensation of the same. As I mentioned to your receptionists and housekeeping manager within minutes of walking into the room, the accommodation was unsatisfactory in the following ways (please reference attached images): 1. I was given an Ocean Suite room with 2 queen beds, as oppose to the 1 king bed which I had paid for online. Thus, I was paying for something that I did not purchase. 2. Upon entering the room, there were stains all over the floor, which the housekeeping manager claimed were paint stains that could not be removed. 3. There was also a liquid that was spilled on the carpet, which left the carpet still wet upon our entry. 4. There was garbage (dirty straw and cups) left in the room. 5. There was a light bulb out in the bathroom. 6. There were nails poking through the cabinet walls, into the other cabinets, which I sliced my finger open on. 7. There were broken tiles in the bathroom. 8. Someone’s earrings were left on the floor of the shower w

Our stay at The Cove

Pros: The staff was so friendly and always smiling.
Location: We never left Atlantis. There are so many things to do right on the resort and we stayed 4 nights and didn't have time to do everything there.
Our stay at The Cove was amazing!! I would highly recommend staying there. The staff were always so friendly and helpful and housekeeping was there for anything you needed. If I have the chance, I will be going back.

Beautiful hotel.

Pros: See Above.
Cons: More affordable eating.
Location: We went swimming with the dolphins, which was so close by. That was a wonderful experience. The casino at the Royal Towers was fun.
My family loved The Cove at Atlantis. We visited many other hotels within Atlantis and we liked the Cove the best. We feel it was the most beautiful, friendly, had the best pools, everything.

The Cove

Pros: The adult poolside experience at the cove.
Cons: Price of the food, quess they depend to heavily on imports.
Location: Paradise Island is in a great location.
Pleasant environment with courteous staff who were always available. 77 west was outstanding and if you like coconut rice that's the place as well as much of the food that is served is very well presented and well worth the price. It is pricey as most people know.

Not worth the money

This was our third stay at Atlantis and second at The Cove. Location is great. Rooms are quiet and large. It's the only area of the property that isn't over run with kids. However, the adult only Cove pool has loud music playing constantly. We asked last time if there could be quiet times so all could enjoy the pool but they have not changed this. Somewhat of a Las Vegas atmosphere. Prices are very high throughout the resort and the quality of dining is only fair. We do not plan to return. We think Saint-Martin is a better choice for us.

Excellent hotel to get the full resort experience

Excellent hotel to get the full resort experience.. From the day we arrive our experience at the hotel and the resort was excellent we had a few issues with the check in and other minor things but the genuine caring of the staff the friendliness and the customer service outweighed any issues that we had. We travel with a group of 12 people and the sentiments of all 12 were the same it was the most exciting memorable trip that we all have experience in a lifetime. I personally have travel all over the world and stayed at many hotels however I will repeat the service level was exceptional one particular night I had an issue with the door accidentally being left open by the night maid however keep in mind I had two security doors to my suite the outer door was open when I spoke with the hotel they set up the manager of VIP services Ms Arlene Nicole . 12 o'clock at night she went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and address all of my needs for the rest of the trip thank you so very much Cove and I will be returning..... very happy guest.

Beautiful Hotel with an amazing view!

Pros: Comfortable suite with an amazing view. Private adult pool area and beautiful picture perfect grounds.
Cons: Designate specific smoking areas
Surprised my husband for his 50th Birthday with a trip to this beautiful hotel. From the moment we set foot on the property we knew it was going to be a great vacation. Our Ocean view suite was amazing and very roomy, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. Our view was magnificent!!! The staff was very friendly as well as helpful. There were quite a few restaurants to choose from, some where pretty pricey others were moderate. We had read past reviews on how expensive food would be so we came prepared. The casino was lots of fun and very festive on certain nights, the down only fall is smoking is allowed and you will for sure get your share of second hand smoke. Beautiful grounds for lots of picture taking opportunities. The private pool available only to adult guests staying at the Cove was wonderful. They had a live DJ and two pools to choose from both great locations. We enjoyed our time at the resort and are starting to plan our next visit. Great memories

The Cove is the ONLY place to stay on Atlantis if you are looking for a couples retreat

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet, private blackjack at the cove, adult only pool
Cons: No free Internet, food and drink are very expensive
The Cove did NOT disappoint! Ignore all of the negative reviews from others. Top Notch accomodations and service from he moment we pulled in. A couple of tips: Don't pre-book the transfer from the airport to Atlantis. Grab a cab at the airport and they will take your whole party for $33 total. Ask for an upgrade at check-in. If available they will accomodate. Make sure your are above the 3rd floor or all you will see on your patio is palm trees. DO NOT TOUCH THE MINI FRIDGE! You get billed the second something inside of it moves. Instead, call down after getting in your room and request an empty mini fridge be sent up. Then head down to the duty free by Coral Towers and stock up on water, drinks, and snacks. If you get one free round of golf with your booking and have more than one in your party who wants to golf, ask another guest who is not using their free round to let you borrow their comp card for a few hours and save a ton! You can do the same for the free Dolphin swim. To save money on meals - eat lunch at the pool bars or take a trip just outside the resort grounds. The Green Parrot, Anthonys, Fish Fry, and Senor Frogs are all great and priced fairly. There is NO PHONE SERVICE on the island through regular carriers so plan ahead. Connection to the Cove Wifi is $20/day.
