About this property

Lakefront lodge in Narrowsburg, NY • cozy fireside spots • canoeing • sledding

A peaceful lakefront lodge in Narrowsburg, NY in the Catskills near the Delaware River, Bethel Woods, and Ski Big Bear. Perfect for quiet winter getaways, families, and nature-loving groups, the home offers fireside gathering areas, cozy nooks, a cinema room, a kids’ zone, a sledding hill, a firepit, fishing, canoeing and kayaking. A place where everyone finds their spot.

READ ON FOR MORE DETAIL: Come enjoy the spectacular views from our lakefront seven-bedroom lodge that sleeps up to 17 people. Located 15 minutes from the world-class music venue Bethel Woods and one minute from the charming shops and restaurant-filled town of Narrowsburg, our home abuts Feagles Lake for private boating and fishing, with access to the Delaware River just down the road. With two kitchens, multiple living areas and plenty of sleeping options, our home is designed for group getaways, making it easy to spread out and enjoy the view.

We've spent the last three years painstakingly renovating the interior of our home and have worked to modernize it while keeping the original charm of the home’s mid-century, 1950's lodge style.

You’ll be renting the whole house, giving you access to seven bedrooms, two kitchens, two living rooms, four bathrooms, a screening room, and loads and loads of active outdoor space.

The house has three floors, which include a separate two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit with a kitchen on the lower walkout level. Cozy up with a cup of coffee by the double - yes, double! - fireplace. Wake up early to catch the fog rolling over the lake. Gather with friends for a grilled dinner on the elevated back deck with a soaring view of Feagles Lake, and keep your eye out for visits from bald eagles and deer. Read a great book in one of the hammocks. Enjoy s’mores by the fire pit in our backyard, or take the canoe or kayak out for a sunset or sunrise paddle. Dive into our record collection, cook a great meal on our induction stovetop, check out our always-growing bookshelves, pull out a board game or puzzle, take a relaxing shower under a rain showerhead, or snuggle in for a movie night with our wrap-around couch and 14-foot-wide projector screen.

We are a one-minute drive from downtown Narrowsburg and all its wonderful shops, acclaimed restaurants, galleries, cafes, a theatre, library, vintage shop, farmer's market, wonderful swimming spots, great playground, and more. Our home abuts Feagles Lake for private boating and fishing, and the Delaware River is just down the street for swimming, boating, and tubing.

We also have many amenities for children if you're bringing any small humans with you - six bunk beds, a crib, an umbrella stroller, two high chairs, a pack and play, assorted books and toys, children’s dishware, and more.

Please note that we are a pet-free household due to allergies in our family.

Do not book this property.Right from the start, the stay was uncomfortable and unsafe. The neighbor came over with his dogs, cursed at us, and told us to get off the property even though we were paying guests. Later that night, when we tried to enjoy a campfire, he yelled at us again. We had to go inside because we honestly didn’t feel safe staying outdoors. The property itself wasn’t well kept either — the backyard was covered in dog waste, which is disgusting considering they charge a cleaning fee. For the price they charge, the place should at least be clean and safe to use. After we left, the host tried to add a bunch of extra charges for things we didn’t do. They claimed we didn’t separate the trash (we did), charged us for “putting rocks back” around the campfire, and even tried to bill us for items we never touched or broke. These fees were never mentioned up front, and it really felt like they were just trying to squeeze more money after our stay. This trip was stressful, unsafe, and followed by bogus charges. Stay away and book somewhere that actually respects their guests and their safety.
