Coffee machine was broken. The breakfast was cold. They did not have my reservation. Had to pay a hire room rate. Would not honor the Travelocity rate. even though I had all the emails showing that I booked it when I booked it and what the rights were and what the total fee would be.

Top Notch!

Pros: The staff definitely! From start to finish they were professional, courteous and friendly.
Location: Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a shuttle service that is superb.
If there was a way to give this a 10 I would. From the shuttle driver who picked us up at the airport to the front desk and housekeepers. Every member of this staff treated us like VIP guests. Being that we were there as part of a large conference group this is extraordinary. Each member of the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and were always courteous and helpful. Without a doubt I would stay here again.

Underhanded charges by the hotel.

Pros: Free breakfast
Cons: charging $20/nite for nothing.
The hotel charged an unannounced $20 per night for "incidental expenses". The only thing we did incidentally was park, ride the elevator and take in the FREE breakfast and happy hour.
