They dropped our reservation on the day of our arrival and tried to blame it on Travelocity. No notification and in fact I had done the online check in and still got cancelled by the property. Person at desk was rude about it and would not answer call from Travelocity when trying to correct their error. Ended up without a hotel room for the night. Horrible experience!

We did not have a refrigerator or microwave. I need the refrigerator to store diabetic supplies. So needless to say I was surprised and disappointed. Called but was told none were available. Not sure I will stay here again.
