I have never stayed at such a narrow room. No ice anywhere. Laundry washer took $2 in quarters. Attendants were useless. And check in has you remembering 3 codes.

We had asked for not room service/cleaning and no one to enter out room. When we returned from being out, someone had dropped off towels in a bag. There were dust bunnies on the wall. There was absolutely no soundproofing for room. It was loud from traffic in room, especially at night. It was on the beach and a nice view. The toilet flush handle was very inconveinent.

Great location, outside of building very nice. Check in was in the parking lot, not at a desk. Room was nothing like the pictures, hair everywhere all the drains, kitchen counters, even the fridge. The tubs wouldn't hold water, ceiling was chipping. Curtains fell down onto my stepdaughters head in the middle of the night. Neighbors were doing drugs and stinking up our room. Just wasn't what I expected for the money I paid. Will not be back to this property.

We're very sorry your vacation wasn't all you hoped it should have been. We're a off-site rental but are close by at all times. Thank you for alerting us to housekeeping deficiencies. We will address this with the staff. We're sorry as well for the curtain rod and will have maintenance remedy that as well. We can't fix what we don't know about so we appreciate your feedback.

Older condo needs to be repaired, close to beach.

This room needs to be renovated, everything is old, needs to be repaired or replaced. This condo was rated a 4 on travelocity, it should have been a 2-3 at best. There is broken ceramic tile on living room floor, this is a safety hazard. Carpet is very dirty and frayed. Balcony plastic chair was broken, I almost sat in it, I would have been injured. Molding on bottom of front door is coming off. Several light bulbs need to be replaced. Bathroom cabinet is missing cover over 2 foot section. No sheets and blankets were in room for pull out couch, had to ask for them to be delivered.
