Just a short golf cart ride to your own private ocean front golf cart parking beside the Conch Cafe. On site golf cart rentals available. Gated community with indoor/outdoor pools, 2 water parks for the kids, basketball and volleyball courts, playground and ball field. Bring your fishing poles - home is situated on stocked lake. Oceanside Village location is close to everything you could possibly imagine. Great restaurants, miniature golf courses, and of course the Garden City Pier. What a great place at the beach!!!!

Nice and cozy
We really enjoyed our stay. The inside of the house was very clean and everything was functional. We loved the porch and the little pond. My granddaughter loved fishing right outside our door. We rented a golf cart to get around and enjoyed riding through the community. This was a nice little house. The only improvements I would suggest would be to replace the living room furniture because they were outdated but functional. And the landscaping outside needs attention. I did let the property manager know about it and she was going to tell the HOA but I think they only cut grass. The owners and property managers were very nice and easy to get in touch with. They even notified me that I left a bag and met me so that I could pick it up. Overall it was a fun trip!

Nice location with pond view
Nice location. Loved riding the golf cart around the village; great family atmosphere. The property manager, Lisa was great, she was prompt to send the AC contractor out to fix issue with the air. Only suggestion to homeowner is to replace old carpet in bedrooms and give the home a deep cleaning.

VERY DISAPPOINTED
This house was less than enjoyable. It was not clean. The carpets have severe ugly stains and the vent in "master" bedroom is broken and is a safety hazard; had to cover part of it up with a towel or either risk cutting foot if stepping on it. The a/c never cooled the house down. The dryer does not work, did not get hot- didn't even dry a small load after three attempts. ALSO, comforter in "master" bedroom had bodily fluids on it!!! Felt like I was in a sleazy motel.....VERY disappointed. Lastly, Property Manager is very unprofessional.

Great neighborhood
Great place to stay. Everything we needed. Loved the back porch and the golf cart. Just a short golf cart ride to the beach. Loved the pool and splash pad for the kids.

Overall the property is nice. The golf cart was great and made it easy to get to and from the beach. The bathrooms were clean and upgraded. The house is located on one of the ponds which was nice. There is no cable television. Streaming services only. So that is very limiting if you do not subscribe to services or do not remember passwords. Netflix was the only service provided. Not a big deal as we do not watch much TV but it should be in the rental description. My biggest issue was the bedspreads. I'm not sure they are washed in between guests. The one in the master was very dirty with something I could not and did not want to identify. We just threw it in a corner. And there were not extra bedspreads just some blankets. Also the carpet in the bedrooms really need replacing. One last minor issue was getting keycards to get in and out of the gates. You have to get one at the office. The office was closed when we arrived so we could not use the golf cart to go down to the beach and it was too far to walk. We had to wait until 9am the next day. So a keycards should really be available in the rental.

Great vacation!
We enjoyed our stay very much! Loved having the golf cart to get to beach. Quiet location was great. We really like the neighborhood very much. Only problem is I'm craving grilled shrimp and crabcakes from the Conch Cafe now!
