Toilet poorly cleaned. Towel left in bathroom from previous guest. No lamps just ceiling lights.

Some Rooms are unavailable while being renovated. Renovated rooms are great. Clean and nicely updated.

Disappointing Hotel stay

Pros: The lady was very willing to switch my room after the A/C didn't work.
Cons: A whole list of things from above experience.
Location: There were restaurants & shopping nearby - all ok!
I booked a room with a king size bed & non-smoking. When I arrived they only had a handicap room with these 2. It was NASTY. The A/C wasn't working - eventually had to switch rooms. The curtains didn't shut - the rod was broken & laying on the floor. Desk chair was soiled - pillows were very old. Door didn't shut tight! Kind of embarrassing for a room that was for a handicapped person. I went to a function & returned 6 hrs later & the room was hot - they did change my room & were nice about it. 2nd room was better but still not great. You couldn't fit the desk chair under the desk because it was too big - the door didn't shut tight - the remote didn't work on the TV. Went to the pool & the water was cloudy - couldn't see the bottom. Dangerous if you had kids! Very disappointing place & you should think about using it.

Our room was filthy. Our feet were black from the carpet. Our bathroom was filthy. Had foot prints on floor from dirty show that was there when we got there. There was a piece of toilet paper rolled up real small behind door from the time we arrived until the day we left. There were Nats everywhere , like 30 of them then there were HUGS flies or some sort of bugs the last 2 days like 6 of them.the vent in ceiling in bathroom not hung right. No body printed bathroom or light switches. Very dirty and under professional. Pool had green Moss in it. Couldn't swim in it. Not a pleasant stay and for the money, not even close to being worth it. Im sorry to complain but you asked im just being honest.

Old motel

Pros: It was across the street from a dunkin donuts
Cons: My suggestion would redo the rooms and certainly lower the rates. We have stayed in much cheaper motels that were much nicer and cheaper
Location: We were looking to buy a house and didn;t do many things around, but there were some restrauants close by.
It was an old motel that needed much updating. The rooms were accesible from outside so people walked by at all hours therefore we could not even keep our drapes open. Telephone didn't work, no way to get a wake up call. It didn't meet our expectations of $110 room and we left after 2 days
