The reason for my 2 star review is because the night we stayed happened to be during a period of outside freezing temperatures. The hotel staff neglected to turn the heater on in our room. The room was literally FREEZING when we entered. The front desk said that housekeeping usually turns the heating unit on when the room is booked and the only thing they offered at the time was that they didn’t know how long it would take to warm up. It took 6 hours for the room to heat to a comfortable temperature. We literally had layers of clothing on under the covers. My mistake was not asking for another room Immediately. The hotel gave me a $20 refund which I do not consider appropriate for this situation.
